Functieomschrijving DHL Supply Chain Weert - Full-time (40 hours) "Every shipment starts with accurate planning and ends with satisfied customers." – DHL colleague As an Outbound Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for processing outbound shipping orders and ensuring every shipment leaves the warehouse accurately, safely and on time. You work with SAP and the Transport Management System (TMS) to coordinate outbound logistics and support an efficient shipping process. Your daily tasks include: • Process outbound shipping orders using SAP and the Transport Management System (TMS) • Scan, sort and prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch • Process bookings according to established procedures • Complete shipping documentation accurately • Verify shipment details before dispatch • Report operational issues or unsafe situations to your supervisor • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment • Support colleagues to ensure smooth outbound warehouse operations Functie-eisen We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and has an eye for detail. You have: • Basic knowledge of logistics • Good spoken and written English • Good computer skills • Experience with SAP and/or a Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage • A strong attention to detail • A safety-first mindset • A proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team • A valid VGB and ELA certificate, or you are willing to obtain them • The ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, strapping and packing shipments when required Arbeidsvoorwaarden Working at DHL means becoming part of a global company where people come first.
