Wat zijn de werkzaamheden? ProfCore is partnering with a leading international logistics provider in the Venlo region to recruit motivated Inbound Team Leaders. You’ll be hired directly by the employer, an established name in the logistics industry. You are working in a modern, largely automated environment. In this role, you’ll be the vital link between people and processes. You’ll ensure that daily inbound operations—from receiving to processing goods—run smoothly and efficiently. Supported by advanced technology and data insights, you’ll guide your team toward optimal performance. You’ll be part of a international team where collaboration, commitment, and collegiality are at the basic of everything we do. What you can expect: - You’ll coordinate daily tasks and serve as the first point of contact for a team of 15 to 30 warehouse operators. - You’ll identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve workflow issues to keep operations running smoothly. - You’ll monitor and optimize the flow of goods within your department, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. - You’ll collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and drive performance. - You’ll track key performance indicators (KPIs) closely and make adjustments where needed to meet targets. - You have concrete managerial experience in a logistics environment. - You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. - You have excellent communication skills and know how to convey your passion to others. - You have knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse, preferably 3PL logistics. - You feel at home in an environment where courage, personal growth and taking action are central.
