About the Role We're looking for a Warehousing Specialist to join our Service Operations team at Workwize. You'll take ownership of a complex, multi-market operational domain - managing 3PL partner performance across 14+ global locations, leading expansion into new markets, and designing the processes that make our warehousing service reliable at scale. Workwize is a global IT lifecycle platform. When a company hires or offboards an employee, we manage the full equipment journey - procuring, delivering, retrieving, and warehousing devices on their behalf. Our warehouse network is the physical backbone of that service, and it's growing fast. We currently operate across 14+ locations globally, with significant expansion planned. This role is for someone who wants to own something real - not coordinate, not report, not assist. You'll diagnose performance gaps across a fragmented 3PL network, lead market entry decisions using data, and design solutions that hold at scale.
