As Operations Manager, you are responsible for the end‑to‑end performance of the warehouse operation. You lead and coach Supervisors, oversee daily workflows, and drive continuous improvement in a highly dynamic, automated fashion logistics environment. You ensure that service levels, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met. - Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors across multiple operational departments. - Oversee daily warehouse performance, ensuring productivity, quality, and throughput targets are achieved. - Optimize automated processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. - Monitor and analyze KPIs, translating insights into actionable improvements. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and quality standards. - Coordinate cross‑departmental workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration between inbound, outbound, returns, and value‑added services. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process redesign, automation enhancements, and workforce planning. - Act as the operational point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners. - Support peak periods and manage shift‑related challenges in a fast‑moving environment. - Proven experience in logistics operations management; fashion logistics is a strong advantage. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams. - Comfortable w...
