Warehouse Operator (JN-0028338)

Are you someone who works independently, takes ownership of your tasks, and feels comfortable in a warehouse where everyone is responsible for their own part of the process? Within an international manufacturing company with its own modern warehouse in Boxmeer, we are looking for a warehouse operator who handles their own responsibilities and ensures goods are processed correctly from start to finish. You will also work with a forklift and/or reach truck to safely move and organize goods within the warehouse. What are you going to do? As a warehouse operator, you will become part of a small and committed team within a modern warehouse environment. Each team member works independently within their own responsibilities, while maintaining short communication lines to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations. You will start in the pick & pack area, where smaller components are handled and where workflow is fast due to high turnover of goods. This area is accessible via internal stairs. Here you will build a solid foundation and become familiar with systems and working methods. After the onboarding period, you will grow into a more all-round warehouse role, including tasks involving a forklift and/or reach truck. This position is available immediately for a period of several months, with the possibility of extension. You will work in a day shift from Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00. Key responsibilities: - Receiving, checking and processing incoming goods including document verification - Picking and preparing orders according to planning - Performing basic quality checks (quantity and visual inspection) - Storing goods in the correct warehouse locations - Preparing and handling outgoing shipments, including parts and containers - Performing packing and unpacking tasks and processing missing items - Operating forklift and/or reach truck What do we offer? - Gross hourly wage: €18.32 - Weekly payment every Wednesday - 27 vacation days + 13 ADV days + 8% hol
