Your responsibilities include: - Managing the overall warehouse operation, including inbound, storage, order picking, and outbound processes - Leading, coaching, and developing Supervisors and Team Leaders - Monitoring KPIs, productivity, quality, and operational performance - Ensuring efficient workforce planning and optimal staffing levels - Driving continuous improvement projects and implementing new processes - Working closely with Operations, Customer Service, Planning, and customers - Preparing management reports and analysing operational performance - Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and company standards Waar ga je werken?
