As a warehouse employee / orderpicker you can expect: Starting gross hourly wage of €14.71 (growth based on experience) 25 holidays & 8% holiday allowance Long-term position with the possibility of a permanent contract Work clothing and safety shoes provided Shift allowances during peak season: (19:00 – 24:00: 135%) (24:00 – 06:00: 145%) (06:00 – 07:00: 135%) Functieomschrijving As a warehouse employee / orderpicker you are responsible for processing and handling goods within the warehouse. You ensure that orders are picked, checked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Depending on operational needs, you will be assigned to the department where support is needed. As a warehouse employee / orderpicker your duties will include: Picking products at the pick line Checking and packing orders Scanning items and processing returns Labeling shipments for specific customers or countries The role is based on a 2-shift system year-round. In the high season, three-shift schedules may be introduced in certain department As working hours can differ per department and may sometimes include day shifts, a flexible attitude is expected.
