Warehouse Assistant – Order Picking & Packing (Aalsmeer) Aalsmeer, Netherlands €16.20 per hour (including 8% holiday pay) 16–32 hours per week Shift types: 09:00 - 13:00 (Morning Shift) 13:30 - 17:30 (Afternoon shift) 09:00 - 17:30 (full day) Looking for a hands-on warehouse job in Aalsmeer where you can work with a small and collaborative team? What you will do As a Warehouse Assistant, you will help ensure that incoming deliveries are processed efficiently and outgoing orders are prepared correctly for our customers. Your daily tasks will include: During the morning: • Receiving incoming shipments and checking for damages or missing items • Scanning products into the warehouse system • Repacking and organizing products in their correct storage locations • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized During the afternoon: • Picking products from warehouse shelves using order lists • Packing orders safely and securely for (international) shipping • Preparing completed shipments for Pick-up • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized You will work closely with a small team where everyone contributes to keeping the warehouse running smoothly. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and enjoys working in a warehouse environment. You: • Speak basic English • Are punctual and reliable • Are comfortable with physical work, including lifting/handling boxes and standing for longer periods • Can work independently and stay organized • Are currently based in the Netherlands Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a bonus but not required — we will train you on the processes and systems used in this warehouse.
