WAITER WE ARE LOOKING FOR ENTHUSIASTIC WAITING STAFF Are you hospitable, energetic, and do you get a smile from satisfied guests? Then we're looking for you! In our cosy hospitality team, you'll ensure a warm welcome, excellent service, and a great experience for our guests. Together, we'll make every day a success and a fun working day. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR • You are at least 19 years old, you have a professional appearence and are a team player. • You have an MBO4 or Bachelor's/Master's level of work and thinking ability. • You enjoy working in a team. • You are enthusiastic and enjoy ensuring our guests have a lovely afternoon or evening. • You want to work at least two shifts a week (number of hours to be agreed). • You have at least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in hospitality. • You can communicate well in Dutch, but preferably also in English and German. • You are good at keeping track of things and enjoy it when it's nice and busy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • You are the ultimate host, welcoming our guests warmly so they feel at home in the Arsenaal. • You guide the guests to their table if necessary. • You carefully take orders using a handheld device and serve drinks and dishes correctly. • You clear tables and clean them, and re-lay them with cutlery and a napkin. • You ensure the correct menus are on the tables and inform the guest about the dish of the day. • You ask once whether everything is to their liking, proactively spot empty glasses and ask if the guest would like another drink. • You prepare the bill for the guest at the end of the visit and settle it accurately. • You ensure the premises are tidy and carry out light cleaning tasks as needed. • You identify any problems/complaints and report them to your manager so that they can be resolved quickly. • You will be working alongside the F&B Manager, the Chefs in the kitchen and your colleagues in the office.
