As a Site Supervisor, you will be the point of contact for the customer and the team of Installation Engineers during the installation of the machine(line). You will travel to customers in regions such as America, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and you will monitor the planning and progress. In most projects, you will do this in the role of a working foreman and also get your hands dirty. - Placing and connecting machines on-site, together with your team of Installation Engineers. - Managing and collaborating with an international team. - Monitoring the planning, progress, and quality of the installation. - Acting as the customer's point of contact during the installation period. - Coordinating large projects and actively contributing to improvements in the installation process. - Working flexibly and traveling to different projects, 3 weeks on-site and 1 week at home. Job requirements We ask - Intermediate vocational education level in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar. - Experience in leading teams, especially in larger projects. - Willingness to travel worldwide - you are often 3 weeks on-site and 1 week at home. - Good command of the English language. - A flexible, customer-oriented, and solution-oriented attitude.
