As a Service Technician, you are the savior in need for our customers. You are a technical all-rounder who quickly understands and solves problems. You travel to customers in regions within the Benelux and parts of Europe to get machines running smoothly again and reassure customers with your knowledge and skills. - Together with the Service Coordinator in Rijssen, you discuss technical malfunctions and come up with immediate solutions. - During the week, you often work abroad, and you are home on weekends. - On-site, you analyze problems, solve them, and provide advice to customers to prevent future malfunctions. - You share your knowledge with customers and colleagues and document your activities in service reports. - You often work independently but are never alone - our Support team is always ready to assist you. Job requirements We ask - Intermediate vocational education level in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering. - Willingness to travel within the Benelux and parts of Europe, often on the road during the week and at home on weekends.
