You'll help organizations make the most of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and support clients with everything involved-from implementation and system setup to support and optimization. No two days are the same. You'll constantly switch between clients, systems, analyses, and opportunities for improvement, and you'll have the freedom to develop your skills both technically and substantively. You are involved from the implementation phase and continue to actively contribute ideas on how processes can be designed to be smarter, more efficient, and more user-friendly. You will assist users with technical and functional issues, guide new client environments, and actively contribute ideas for improving existing processes. In doing so, you will work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, including operations, BI, and customer success.
