UX Designer Intern

If you are a student who is not only passionate about implementing user experience (UX) design, but also is very eager Coaching other people about how to connect this to the software development proces, then we would love to have you join our team as as an intern or for your graduation assignment. Our team of experienced professionals will guide and support you through your onboarding and learning curve, while giving you the opportunity to work on real-world projects that will help you be successful as a UX Designer \ Coach. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with other colleagues to improve our UX Driven Development process. You will also have the chance to share your knowledge with others through meet-up events and workshops. This is a great opportunity for growth and development, with mentorship from different disciplines available. What do you need? The ideal profiles we're interested in are students or recent graduates looking to get experience in UX design. For this role, you will likely have a background in the area of design or related field while also having a strong focus on UX or vise versa . But we are also very much interested to connect if design isn't your cup of tea, but you combine UX with strong project management insights. You should have great communication skills, a passion for the world of software development, technology, and love to work as part of a partly remote team. What are you going to do? • Coach our clients' management teams to incorporate UX Driven Development into their software development processes and teams. • Develop and implement strategic UX design plans that align with our client's goals and expectations. Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define user interface requirements, develop strategy and deliver results. • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and utilize this data to drive product design and strategy. • Create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas. • Present UX design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, explaining the reasoning and benefits behind your design decisions.
