What makes this role unique is the constant variety in production, no two days are the same! Together with 24 dedicated colleagues, you will ensure a smooth and efficient production process. As an operator, you will work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, you'll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials - both powders and liquids - that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your daily tasks will include: - Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch) - Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing - Operating and monitoring production equipment - Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe - Following strict quality and safety protocols - Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production Work Schedule 5 shifts: - 07:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 23:00 - 23:00 - 07:00 Wat we je bieden - Hourly wage: of €20,69 without shift allowence - 30% shift bonus on all hours worked - 8% holiday allowance - Travel allowance of €0.23 per km - Working towards a contract directly at IFF in the future - Working in a modern, international, and clean environment At Start People, we follow the principle of equal pay.
