Upcoming operator 5 shifts

Wat je gaat doen For our Scent department at IFF in Tilburg, we are looking for an upcoming operator to help create fragrance compounds. What makes this role unique is the constant variety in production, no two days are the same! Together with 24 dedicated colleagues, you will ensure a smooth and efficient production process. As an operator, you will work with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale. Based on formulas, you’ll collect, weigh, and process a variety of raw materials - both powders and liquids - that are used in globally known products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your daily tasks will include:- Collecting raw materials using a mobile workstation according to production recipes Accurately weighing and handling ingredients (sometimes over 30 per batch) - Mixing and preparing scent compounds for further processing  - Operating and monitoring production equipment  - Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe  - Following strict quality and safety protocols  - Actively collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient production 🕲Work Schedule 5 shifts:- 07:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 23:00 - 23:00 - 07:00 Wat we je bieden - Hourly wage: of €20,69 without shift allowence  - 30% shift bonus on all hours worked - 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance - 13 ADV days and 13th month included in a flex budget - Travel allowance of €0.23 per km - A contract directly at IFF in the future - Working in a modern, international, and clean environment At Start People, we follow the principle of equal pay.
