Upcoming Operator – 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As an operator 3 shifts, you will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality products at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF). Working with a mobile weighing station, you’ll ensure raw materials are accurately measured and processed according to recipes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, scent-filled environment. With a structured training program and supportive team, you’ll quickly become proficient in IFF’s processes and contribute to creating innovative flavors and fragrances. What You Will Do: - Weigh and collect: raw materials (up to ±30 per batch) with accuracy and care. - Follow: recipes and production instructions to ensure consistent product quality. - Mix and prepare: products according to specified guidelines and standards. - Monitor: machines to ensure smooth operation and address any issues promptly. Work: in a 3-shift system (07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00) to support continuous production.
