By preparing the rooms for a restful night, from perfecting the bedding to setting the ideal ambient lighting, you ensure that every guest feels truly welcome. If you take pride in the finer details and delivering high service standards, we would love to meet you.What will you do?As a Turndown Employee, you will be responsible for perfectly preparing guest rooms for the evening by performing turndown services, including making beds, closing curtains, and adjusting lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere. - You refresh bedding, arrange pillows and blankets as needed, and maintain high cleanliness standards. - You replace used towels, replenish amenities, and empty trash bins to keep the rooms tidy. - It is essential that each room meets the strict presentation requirements of the hotel in Amsterdam. - You remain alert to report any maintenance issues, damage, or specific guest requests to your supervisors. - You act as a collaborative team member and support the housekeeping department with other related tasks as needed to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.Where will you be doing this?In the former Shipping House of Amsterdam, you will find one of the city's most iconic five-star hotels: Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam.
