Truck Driver/loader Cyclus (120686001)

Your workday starts around 7:00 AM with a brief inspection of your vehicle. After that, you head out together with your loaders (waste collectors). You collect waste in different neighborhoods, assist residents when needed, and solve minor issues on the spot. As a driver, you are responsible for making decisions about what is collected, maintaining safety checklists, and leading the team on the road. You ensure a safe working process, stay in contact with colleagues, and coordinate with the team leader when necessary. You will work an average of 32 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday. If you work on Saturdays, you will receive a 140% allowance. Your workday usually ends around 4:00 PM — ideal for a healthy work-life balance.
