You are the force that anticipates and predicts disruptions. With the ability to extract data from all systems, you continuously keep the daily goal in mind and ensure that the operation proceeds according to plan. As one of the specialists in this relatively new department, you play a key role in the growth and development of their operation. You are responsible for: - Resolving first-line issues and identifying opportunities for improvement processes; - Communicating with operations about the status of process flows, changes, and required guidance, and providing valuable input to various stakeholders; - Steering and monitoring the progress of processes.
