(IT) Transformation Director / Programme Director Ecclesia Risk & Benefits (IT) Transformation Director / Programme Director For Ecclesia, we are looking for a temporary IT Director for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension. As Transformation Director / Programme Director, you will be responsible during this temporary assignment for steering and overseeing key insurance-related transformation initiatives within Ecclesia. Your focus will be on change within IT, Data and Project & Change, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, insurance operations and execution. You will operate in a complex insurance environment where processes, data, systems and regulatory requirements are closely interconnected. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, (higher) management and operational teams to ensure structured delivery of transformation programmes that directly impact insurance operations and client processes. Your responsibilities include: • Leading and overseeing complex insurance and change programmes • Providing direction to IT and Project & Change teams • Establishing governance, structure and ways of working within transformation initiatives • Translating strategic objectives into concrete insurance processes and system improvements • Ensuring alignment and working closely with Data & Business Intelligence to support and implement data strategy • Leading implementation and optimization of systems and processes • Working with commonly used insurance and business applications such as Anva, Microsoft 365 and VobeSoft • Driving optimization across insurance value chains such as policy administration, claims-related processes, service delivery and operational workflows • Ensuring alignment between business strategy, insurance operations and IT execution • Working closely with senior management, Data, IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of change • Applying structured delivery approaches such as Agile/Scrum where appropriate • Managing dependencies, risks, budgets and progress across multiple workstreams • Advising management on risks, priorities and opportunities within insurance transformation Who are you? You are an experienced transformation or programme leader with a strong background in insurance or similarly regulated environments. You understand how insurance organizations operate and know how to translate complexity into structured execution. In Addition: • You have extensive experience in leading transformation programmes within the insurance sector • It is a pre if you have experience with software solutions such as Anva/CCS/EABS & Frontend Software • It is a pre if you have experience with IT processes related to policy administration, claims, operations or comparable insurance value chains • You are familiar with system implementations and operational change in insurance environments • You have strong stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level • You are able to connect insurance operations, data, IT and business transformation • You are pragmatic, structured and focused on results • You communicate clearly and effectively in English and speak Dutc Telefoon: .
