Trainee process operator

As a trainee process operator in Genemuiden, you will be an essential part of keeping our production line running efficiently. You'll work with modern machines, handle basic setups and adjustments, and monitor production quality closely. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you'll deepen your technical knowledge and contribute to production improvements. This is what you'll do: - Operate various production machines safely and efficiently - Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot minor machine issues - Monitor product quality, ensuring standards are met consistently - Work shifts alongside experienced operators - Share new ideas to help improve production processes If you show motivation and growth, you can advance toward operator or forklift driver roles.
