Your key responsibilities - Support the continued evolution of our global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), helping to strengthen leadership capability, governance, engagement, and impact across the organization ; - Assist in the planning and execution of global ERG initiatives, campaigns, events, and community-building activities; - Lead the development of an ERG Playbook, capturing best practices, governance, tools, and resources to support the continued growth and impact of our ERG ecosystem; - Identify opportunities to enhance the reach and impact of our ERGs across the organization; - Support country HR teams in translating Gender Equality and Diversity Certification findings into actionable roadmaps that address identified gaps and advance inclusion and belonging locally, including project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and progress tracking ; - Support the deployment of Leadership Identity initiatives, including communications, content rollout, learning resources, and SharePoint updates.
