Traffic Control Technician

Traffic management fitter Almelo € £16.88 per hour gross Full-time For our client with branches throughout the Netherlands, we are looking for a technician traffic measures. You will work from the Almelo office and provide the region with road closures and diversions. Applying for this vacancy? Apply directly What are your duties? When you start work for this company, it will be your responsibility to assemble, dismantle and maintain road barriers and diversions. You read drawings and use them to accurately place road barriers. In the morning, you load up the work bus according to the schedule, navigate to your destination and, together with your colleagues, ensure that the cordon-offs/ diversions are placed correctly. Finally, you ensure correct administrative handling of the assignments. You are available daily between 06:00 and 18:00, but generally work from 07:00 to 16:00. After a familiarisation period, it is also applicable that you work an occasional night shift. What are we looking for? - You are physically fit and have technical insight.;; - You possess a Category B/BE driving licence (Category C is a plus); - Working irregular hours is not a problem for you.;; - You command the Dutch or English language.;; - Finally, you are flexible and work well in a team.
