In this role, you play a key part in the heart of chip machine production. You work in an ultra-structured cleanroom environment where accuracy, quality, and safety are always the top priorities. Together with your team, you ensure that production processes remain stable, efficient, and in line with the highest ASML standards. As a Technician, you perform a variety of highly technical and challenging tasks on a daily basis: - Performing assembly and production activities according to strict work instructions - Checking, processing, and registering materials and products - Identifying deviations and actively contributing to technical improvements - Supporting and guiding colleagues on the shop floor - Contributing to the introduction of new products and processes - Accurately recording production and quality data - Working according to strict HSE, safety, and quality guidelines ou will work in a 5-shift rotation system and be part of a team where collaboration and precision are essential Functie-eisen What are we looking for? - MBO level 3-4 education in a technical field (e.g. Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent - Experience in production, assembly, high-tech manufacturing, or a similar environment - Strong technical insight and a high level of precision are essential at ASML - You feel comfortable working with procedures and structured processes - Strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail - A team player who enjoys helping and sharing knowledge with colleagues - Eager to lear...
