Functieomschrijving As a Technician Assembler, you will: • Assemble and mount mechanical and electronic components and complete systems • Work with modern tools and advanced production equipment • Test and inspect products according to strict quality standards • Follow clear work instructions and safety procedures • Identify improvement opportunities in processes and quality • Collaborate within an international production team Working hours – Two-shift system • Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15 • Afternoon/Evening shift: 14:15 – 23:00 (Fridays until 20:30) Functie-eisen • You can communicate in English (work instructions are in English) • You have a hands-on mindset • You work accurately and are quality-driven • You are motivated to learn and develop yourself • You are available to work in two shifts Arbeidsvoorwaarden • Hourly wage of €18.37 including shift allowance (two-shift system) • Full-time employment • Travel allowance and free on-site parking • Free lunch and dinner in the company restaurant • Free access to a fully equipped 24/7 gym • Pension accrual from day one • 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time) • 8.33% holiday allowance • Opportunity for a permanent contract • Clear development and growth opportunities within assembly or towards technical specialist roles
