A milking robot is not performing as expected. The farmer notices unusual behaviour, the service technician cannot identify the cause, and the issue is escalated. You join remotely, analyse how the system is behaving, ask the right questions, and support the field teams step by step towards a resolution. While local teams may solve individual incidents, the problem keeps returning. You recognise the pattern, connect the dots, and help determine what needs to change structurally. In this role, you are the go-to expert for complex technical escalations within our global service organisation. You support colleagues in understanding and resolving technical issues, but your focus goes beyond resolving individual incidents. You analyse system behaviour, identify root causes, and translate findings into sustainable improvements. You operate at the intersection of software, product development and experiences from the field. Working closely with stakeholders such as Product Development teams and our regional offices around the world, you turn insights into actionable improvements. In doing so, you help ensure that our systems not only perform today but continue to improve for the future.
