What are you going to do? As a Technical Operator, you will ensure that the production process runs safely and efficiently. You will work with modern production equipment and be responsible for maintaining the quality of the final product. This is a varied role where technology and production come together. Your responsibilities include: - Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines; - Monitoring product quality and recording production data; - Identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions; - Working in accordance with the Nouryon Life Saving Rules and the 5S principles; - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations. - You will work 40 hours per week in a day shift schedule.
