Technical Operator

You operate modern automated lines, adjust settings and help keep the production process safe, stable and efficient. Functieomschrijving: As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for operating and improving fully automated production lines. You monitor the process, adjust settings and take action when performance drops or deviations occur. In general, your tasks are: - Operating and monitoring fully automated production equipment. - Performing set-ups, changeovers, line cleaning and line clearances. - Troubleshooting process disturbances and restoring line performance. - Adjusting mechanical settings and process parameters to improve output. - Performing minor technical adjustments and basic equipment checks. - Checking and documenting production data in SAP/MES systems. - Supporting deviation handling, triage and root cause analysis. - Contributing to continuous improvement activities, such as Lean, RCA and 5WHY. - Working safely and according to GMP, SOPs and fixed procedures.
