Together with partners, the grower cultivates and processes items such as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, celery, and lettuce, with attention to sustainability and a short supply chain. Your Role As a Maintenance Technician, together with the team, you play an important role. You keep the installations in excellent condition through your maintenance and resolve breakdowns - independently or with the help of suppliers. Thanks to your work, production colleagues can work without interruptions. Thanks to your technical experience in a production environment, you quickly get onboarded and grow towards becoming an independent technician. You work independently, but you are not alone: you collaborate with team leaders and operate within a technical team (3 employees). You submit improvement ideas and see their implementation in practice.
