Technical assembly operator (TIG welding)

For an innovative high-tech company in the Tilburg region, we are looking for a Module Assembly Operator. In this role, you will work on high-quality modules where precision, craftsmanship, and quality are central within a technically advanced production environment where complex three-dimensional modules are assembled, welded, and tested according to strict quality standards. As a Module Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling and welding complex modules. You will work based on technical drawings and execute work orders according to planning. Your tasks include TIG welding components, including welding with orbital welding heads, and assembling parts into complete modules. In addition, you will test, measure, and inspect the modules to ensure they meet all required quality and safety standards. You will operate machines, set them up, adjust them when necessary, and perform first-line maintenance to ensure the production process runs smoothly. Besides the assembly and welding activities, you will carry out repair work and contribute to pilot projects and the development of new products. You will digitally register completed work orders in the system and support colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing instructions when needed. Within this role, you are also expected to actively contribute ideas for improving processes and working methods. This is a technical and responsible position where technical insight, three-dimensional thinking, independence, and teamwork come together within a modern high-tech production environment.
