Functieomschrijving As a Production Employee in the Mini Finish department, you will be responsible for assembling, configuring, and processing high-precision products in a dedicated ESD-controlled area. You will work according to established work instructions and quality standards, complete production orders, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and LEAN. Depending on your experience and skills, your tasks may range from product configuration and labeling to complex assembly, testing, and calibration activities.
