Do you like thinking along with a customer? - You are responsible for the architectural design of the client's IT environment - You maintain close contact with the client to develop improvement proposals - You ensure that design and implementation are aligned with applicable compliance/security policies and you safeguard the quality of configuration management - You mainly work on Digital Employee Experience projects for our clients - You think along with the client, understand business requirements, design solutions and ensure that the technical design exceeds expectations - You ensure that the client has no concerns about their IT environment by providing a stable and innovative IT landscape - You maintain an overview and define the blueprint of the IT infrastructure - You are part of the client team, where you take on a key role regarding the IT architecture of the client. Together with the account manager, service delivery manager and lead architect, this vision is translated into a service offering, taking into account costs and operational SLAs - As a Technical Architect, you also help translate the architectural vision into operational activities to ensure our services are delivered effectively - Seamless integration of workplace components into the client's overall IT landscape is essential - You work as a Technical Architect in accordance with the Cegeka Architecture Framework for documenting the IT environment and business solutions - Drafting patch, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery plans is part of your responsibilities, in line with the Multi Compliance Framework - You act as a connector between different departments, fostering collaboration between engineering teams and encouraging knowledge sharing -...
