In this role, you will manage a dedicated team on the Holtum site, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. Wie zoeken we? You also have: At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Lead Operator; Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); A proactive, hands-on attitude and commitment to safety. You know how to motivate people, improve processes, and achieve results. You’ll work in from 11:00 until 20:00 and be responsible for: Coaching, evaluating, and developing your team members; Monitoring daily operations and resolving bottlenecks; Creating reports and analyses in the Warehouse Management System (WMS); Ensuring safety and quality on the work floor; Conducting absence, performance, and appraisal meetings; Collaborating closely with fellow Team Leaders, the Shift Manager, and the Operations Manager.
