Then this could be the opportunity you're looking for. As a warehouse Team Lead, you will be the driving force behind a team of 15 to 25 colleagues in our modern, automated warehouse in Hapert. You provide daily direction to the operation, ensure processes run smoothly, and serve as the first point of contact for your team. Whether it's resolving operational challenges, coordinating workloads, or coaching employees, you know how to maintain oversight and keep people motivated. You are closely involved in the day-to-day operation and maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor. That's why you don't just lead from the sidelines, you are also willing to roll up your sleeves and support the team whenever needed. Together with your fellow Team Leaders and Supervisors, you ensure daily targets are achieved and our customers can rely on an excellent logistics service. What will you do? - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 15 to 25 warehouse employees and temporary workers; - Monitor and optimize daily logistics operations; - Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; - Coordinate workloads and ensure efficient workforce planning; - Maintain high standards of quality, safety, order, and cleanliness within the warehouse; - Support operational activities on the warehouse floor when required; - Work with your team to achieve established KPIs and performance targets.
