Do you get energized by coaching a team as well as optimizing processes? As Team Lead Planning, you lead a committed and professional team of five colleagues: three planners, a project coordinator, and a Supply Chain Analyst. Together, you ensure an optimal production schedule, accurate item setup, and the continuous improvement of planning processes. In this versatile role, you combine leadership with substantive responsibility. You are the connecting factor between strategy and operations, ensuring that planning aligns optimally with organizational objectives. You play an important role in the further professionalization of our organization. You effortlessly switch between the tactical level and operational challenges, and you know how to engage people in change. What will you do? • Lead, coach, and develop a team of five professionals • Create a work environment where ownership, initiative, and collaboration are key • Monitor and optimize planning processes and systems • Support the team in achieving an efficient and feasible production schedule • Prepare, manage, and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) • Identify and implement improvement opportunities within planning and supply chain • Chair the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings • Analyze demand and capacity developments for the coming three quarters • Advise management on capacity issues, risks, and growth opportunities What we offer At Broshuis, you don't just work on trailers - you work on your future. You are analytically strong, communicative, and have a constant drive to make processes smarter and better. • A completed bachelor's degree (HBO) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a similar field • At least 1-2 years of leadership experience in a similar environment • Experience with ERP systems (experience with Infor LN is a plus) • Knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) • Understanding of procurement, production, and planning processes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A VCA Basic certificate or willingness to obtain one • Proficiency in English is a plus If you have any questions first, feel free to contact at or send a WhatsApp message to .
