In this role, you are responsible for the successful functioning of a DevOps-oriented team on a technical, operational, and organizational level. You are the connecting factor between the team, the client, and the internal organization. In doing so, you not only ensure stable and quality services, but also actively contribute to the technical vision and development of the team. What excites you as a Teamlead DevOps? From our office in Eindhoven, and occasionally at our clients' premises, you enjoy working on: - Function as a substantive DevOps expert and sparring partner for both the team and the client. - Conduct substantive discussions about architecture and platform choices within the DevOps environment. - Advise, persuade, and provide direction in technical decision-making. - Inform stakeholders about progress, risks, and dependencies. - Ensure a predictable, timely, and high-quality delivery of work. - Act as a driving force of the team and monitor progress, planning, and priorities. - Coordinate with group leaders on the development, performance, and any points of attention of team members.
