Your Key Responsibilities - Ensure the execution of daily transport and distribution activities and monitor workload, schedules, tasks, and other related functions. - Maintain all databases related to distribution and transport activities and oversee compliance with safety standards in distribution and transport functions. - Handle loading and unloading operations and initiate cost-efficient measures in transport operations. - Implement environmental laws, procedures, and processes. - Conduct performance and development discussions with the team (Intralogistics Operators). - Provide advice to management on personnel matters, including promotion, demotion, and salary. Your Qualifications - Minimum HBO Bachelor's degree in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management. - 3-5 years of professional experience in logistics and/or supply chain, including at least 1 year of leadership experience - Experience gained in a technical production, assembly, or trading environment - Knowledge of Exact ERP and logistics systems. - Ability to set priorities and to receive and give feedback As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
