The Role: Connecting Operations and Leadership As a Team Leader Production & Packaging at Bakkerij Braas, you will be responsible for the daily leadership of a team of operators, production employees and packaging employees. You will ensure the safe, efficient and high-quality execution of production and packaging activities within your department. You are highly visible on the shop floor, monitor operational performance and create the conditions for your team to perform at its best. In this role, you act as the link between the workforce, fellow team leaders and management. Your focus is on creating a safe working environment, developing employees and continuously improving processes and working methods. You will drive quality, productivity, teamwork and accountability throughout the department.
