In this role, you will support our housekeeping operations across multiple hotel and serviced apartment locations, helping to ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.If you enjoy leading a team, working in a dynamic environment, and taking pride in high standards, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll be doing - Leading and supporting housekeeping teams across different hotel locations - Checking guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met - Making sure rooms are ready on time for guest arrivals - Assisting with cleaning and leading by example - Training and guiding team members on housekeeping standards and procedures - Helping create a positive and productive working environment - Motivating team members and supporting their development - Handling guest requests and resolving issues professionally - Travelling between locations in Amsterdam to provide support where neededWhat we're looking for - Previous experience in housekeeping within serviced apartments, or similar environments - Experience leading or supervising a team - Good organisational and communication skills - A hands-on attitude and willingness to support the team when required - Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities - Good English communication skills - Flexibility to work weekends when needed - A positive attitude and eye for detail - Willingness to travel between locations within AmsterdamAbout UsUnicorn Hospitality Services provides professional housekeeping and support services to hotels and serviced apartments across Europe.
