Job Description For our Front Office team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and positive Team Leader. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. As a Team Leader, you also understand the importance of coaching your team so that they can continue to grow. It is your passion to, together with the team, give our guests a fantastic welcome. During your shift, you are responsible for 2 to 3 team members and, together with them, ensure the smooth running of the shift.
