Your role As Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer , you will be the technical and organisational anchor of our E&I team in Rotterdam. Together with the team, you will monitor capacity and workload, contribute to a healthy project intake and ensure that technical quality, knowledge development and professional standards remain strong. On average, approximately 50% of your time will be spent on engineering.
