Are you an experienced and people-oriented manager who brings calm and structure to a dynamic production environment? Do you have experience with supply chain, customer processes, and product introductions within the food or FMCG industry? Then we are looking for you. As Team Lead New Product Coordination & Customer Service, you will lead two teams totaling 7 colleagues: New Product Coordination (NPC) and Customer Service (CS). You ensure stability, clear working agreements, and manageable processes surrounding product introductions, packaging changes, and customer alignment.
What do we offer you?
- A salary between €3,200 and €4,700 gross per month based on 36 hours, depending on your experience. - This includes a permanent contract, 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and an attractive pension scheme. - The possibility to work from home one day. - Plenty of room for initiative and personal development.
