Team Lead Maintenance – CDC JUMBO VERS – Nieuwegein Lead a team of skilled technicians in a state-of-the-art automated distribution centre while ensuring maximum system availability and operational excellence. You ensure that maintenance activities are executed safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on system reliability. Your responsibilities include: • Leading, coaching, motivating, and supporting a team of approximately six Maintenance Technicians • Monitoring, evaluating, and continuously improving maintenance processes and work methods • Taking the lead during technical disruptions and coordinating troubleshooting activities to ensure rapid system recovery • Coordinating and overseeing planned maintenance activities on automated material handling equipment and machinery • Managing shift handovers and ensuring a smooth start-up, closure, and transfer of operational responsibilities between shifts • Identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively communicating recommendations to your team and management What We Are Looking For • Completed MBO Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline • Experience within an industrial manufacturing, production, or technical environment • Previous experience leading or supervising Maintenance Technicians or technical teams • Interest in developing further expertise in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) • Ability to maintain oversight and make sound decisions in a dynamic and highly technical environment • Strong prioritization, planning, problem-solving, and forward-thinking skills • Resilient under pressure, with a structured and organized approach to work • Good command of English, spoken and written • Valid driver's license and own transportation What Our Employees Say According to our latest employee satisfaction survey, WITRON is an organization where: • Employees are proud of the work they do • Managers foster a culture of equality and respect • People enjoy the content and challenges of their work • Collaboration between employees and managers is strong and effective • Employees speak positively and proudly about WITRON
