As Talent & Performance Program Manager , you will help shape how Rituals builds and grows a high-performing organization at scale. You will translate our talent and performance ambitions into practical frameworks, tools, and programs that enhance performance clarity, strengthen talent pipelines, and support people-related decisions across our global office and retail populations. Reporting to the Head of Talent & Performance, you will connect performance, talent review, succession and leadership readiness into one coherent way of working. Your work will help leaders identify high performance, accelerate talent, plan succession, and make better decisions across markets and functions. Based in our Keizersgracht Head Office in Amsterdam, you will be part of the Talent & Performance team within Talent, Leadership & Learning. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Heads of HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Tech and Automation to turn insights into solutions that help Rituals raise performance and grow talent from within. This is a role for someone who can bring structure to complex people topics, influence in a dynamic organization and create solutions that are practical, scalable and easy to apply.
