The new Performance & Rewards framework has been designed. The next phase is implementation. As Interim Talent Partner - Performance Management, you will play a critical role in translating the global design into operational reality. This is not a conceptual design position; it is an implementation-focused role requiring strong execution, project management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership capabilities. You will work closely with HR, HR Technology, Reward, Change Management, and business stakeholders to ensure the new approach is fully operational, technically enabled, globally consistent, locally compliant, and successfully adopted across the organization by April 2027.
