As our Talent and Development Partner , you own the full breadth of HR, from finding and hiring great people to keeping them healthy, growing and motivated. You'll be doing this for a fast-growing team of 80+ people from more than 10 nationalities, as we continue to professionalize, grow internationally and develop towards a team of 150+ in the years ahead. Based at our Global Head Office in Utrecht, you're the go-to for employees and managers alike, and the person who keeps our HR year running like clockwork. You're part of a close HR team, reporting to the Head of People and working closely with our HR Officer.
