In this role, the focus is entirely on active recruitment. From our office in WTC Schiphol, you will spend each day searching for, approaching and enthusing candidates. Sourcing and hunting are in your DNA, but you always look beyond numbers. You take the time to get to know candidates well and carefully assess whether there is a genuine, lasting match. You are the go-to Talent Acquisition contact at our Schiphol location and you take ownership of this independently. At the same time, you are never on your own: from other Hero locations, you always have a TA colleague to exchange ideas with, share insights and keep each other sharp.
