Talent Acquisition & AI Coordinator

Talent Acquisition & AI Coordinator HR and Digital transformation are both key part of EuroDev's growth strategy. In this unique combination role, you will help shape how we attract, develop, and retain talent, while coordinating our corporate AI and digitalisation project. With 65 employees representing over 25 nationalities, we work together in an open, ambitious, and international environment. WHAT YOU DO - Take ownership of talent acquisition and HR processes across the organisation (0,4 FTE) - Coordinate our corporate digitalisation and AI project (0,6 FTE) - Development and execution of recruitment strategy, together with HR manager - Collaborate closely with stakeholders across all levels and act as a trusted TA / AI partner - Coordinate the development of AI tools with the internal team of digital solution architects - Training of staff to optimise adoption and usage of AI tools WHO YOU ARE - Around 2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or a related role - Understanding of corporate environments and organisational dynamics - Affinity with digitalisation and interest in AI - Hands-on, proactive, and ambitious mindset - Strong communication skills and ability to transfer knowledge effectively - Professional, approachable, and able to build strong relationships - Living nearby Almelo, Overijssel, and willing to work on-site - Proficient in English and a good Dutch speaker (minimum B2 level) WE OFFER - An open, international, and collaborative working environment - A high-impact role with ownership from day one - A diverse and central position with a broad business exposure - The chance to elevate your career to a very competitive level - Exposure to AI and digital developments - Strong focus on development and personal growth For more information about the position, the team, or our company, please ...
