Support Engineer Partners

We're looking for a Support Engineer to back up the partners who bring unTill to their customers. What you'll do • Help partners with technical questions on our software, hardware and payment solutions • Own tickets end-to-end and document them properly • Grow into our go-to person for payments • Work closely with colleagues internationally, including our Spanish office • Help us sharpen how we do support What you bring • MBO 4 level, with a feel for IT and software • Fluent in Dutch and English • Structured, accurate, good with documentation • Customer-focused, clear communicator • Payments experience is a plus What we offer • €2,790-€3,330 gross/month (based on 40 hrs) • 32 or 40 hours, your choice • Overtime paid out, holiday pay, pension scheme, travel allowance • Flexible hours, option to work from home • Small, informal team in a modern office in Wemeldinge Interested?
