Core responsibilities - Execute end-to-end transaction workstreams: financial analysis, valuation, modeling, and due diligence support. - Prepare client-ready deliverables, including pitch decks, information memoranda, management presentations, and board materials. - Coordinate internal and external parties (clients, legal, accounting, lenders, investors) to manage timelines and deliverables. - Support senior bankers in client coverage, meeting preparation, and opportunity origination. - Review and synthesize market, industry, and company research to inform strategic recommendations. - Mentor analysts and review outputs for accuracy, consistency, and quality control.
